Please note that we have a 2-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

Deposit Policy:

We ask for one night's stay as a deposit or, if you are staying more than five days, half of the total stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled at least 21 days ahead will receive a full refund. Between 20 days and 72 hours, there is a $50 cancellation fee. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. and we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of your stay.
